3+ years of labour and employment law experience
~ Bilingualism in English & French
~ A Law Clerk, Paralegal or equivalent diploma
~ Experience with the Federal and Superior Court
~ Excellent technical and legal knowledge
~ WSIB claim experience is an asset
Conduct legal research on labour and employment law issues
Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and court filings
Assist in the management of cases related to employment and labour law
Navigate and handle cases within the Federal and Superior Court systems
Stay updated on changes in labour and employment laws at the federal level
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence
Provide support in the resolution of WSIB claims
Interact with clients, legal professionals, and other stakeholders professionally
Manage administrative tasks related to legal documentation and scheduling
