Davidson Houle Allen LLP is a boutique condominium law firm in Ottawa’s downtown core. We are comprised of eleven lawyers, three law clerks, and four legal assistants, with a practice that covers several areas of law, including litigation, on behalf of condominium corporations in eastern Ontario (more information can be found at dhaondolaw.ca).

**Responsibilities**:

- Support 2-3 Lawyers by managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and filing.
- Prepare a variety of legal documents including motion documents and appeals to higher Courts such as Divisional and Appeal Courts and Supreme Court of Canada for lawyer’s review.
- Proofread all documents, correspondence and memoranda to ensure accuracy of copy, grammar and punctuation and make changes for lawyer review.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing documents with the court.

Other Requirements:

- Diploma in Law Clerk, Paralegal or similar
- 1-3 years experience as a legal assistant preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
