The goal of these solutions is to help their clients achieve their ESG goals and become agents of environmental and social change. This company just completed a Series A financing round and has doubled its revenue every year since its founding in 2013.

They are seeking a passionate EMEA Account Executive to join their growing team in Montreal, Québec.

  • Operating in over 5,000 buildings in 50 cities across the world and over 200 employees.
  • Series A stage company. They are working with impressive brands like the Marriott Hotel Group, CBRE, and JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Your Role

  • Manage the UK or the French market
  • Acquire net new logos.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close (75% of your leads will be coming from the BDR team).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale
  • Utilize sales management tools for sales planning and documenting opportunities
  • Territory: Geographic, but might change to segments
  • Average deal size: $10K - $12K ARR, but can go as high as $50K - $100K ARR depending on the size of the customer
  • Sales cycle: 90 days
  • Sell to Property Manager, Asset Manager, or Enterprise Organizations

About You

  • Open to traveling to England or France once a quarter
  • My client would like someone based in Montreal
  • 1 - 2 years of full sales cycle experience.
  • MUST be a closer.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment that changes almost daily.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-growing company; SaaS industry experience is preferred.
