Civalgo, une _startup _montréalaise fondée en 2017, offre une plateforme opérationnelle qui relie la planification des travaux au suivi des performances et à l'analyse avancée de la productivité.

**Ta contribution**:

- Présenter le produit aux plus grandes et aux plus petites entreprises de construction au Canada et aux États-Unis
- Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vente, de la recherche d'un client à l'obtention d'un contrat
- Dénicher de nouvelles opportunités de vente grâce au réseautage et les transformer en partenariats à long terme
- Négocier des contrats et tenir des registres des ventes et des données
- Mettre en place et développer une équipe de vente performante
- Gérer un processus de qualification, un pipeline de vente et un processus de clôture bien définis
- Atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise en planifiant efficacement, en fixant des objectifs de vente, en analysant les données de performance et en projetant les performances futures
- Coordonner avec le département marketing la génération de prospects
- Des déplacements occasionnels pour rencontrer des clients, des salons professionnels et/ou des réunions peuvent être nécessaires

**Le profil idéal pour combler notre équipe**:
Si tu te reconnais dans ce qui suit, on veut te connaître
- 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Account Executive dans le domaine du SaaS B2B
- Une expérience dans le secteur de la construction est souhaitable.
- Communication professionnelle : oral et écrit (français et anglais).
- Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en administration des affaires, communication, marketing ou dans un domaine connexe
- Faire preuve de ténacité et d’un esprit d’initiative favorisant l’apprentissage continu
- Maîtrise d'outils tels que Hubspot, Slack, Notion, Zoom, Clickup, Loom.
