We are seeking a self-starter with excellent communication skills who, effectively collaborates and supports their clients in a constantly changing landscape of Canadian business immigration.
Supporting clients in immigration program management and compliance.
Delegating, overseeing and supporting the work of analyst's, who assist in file preparation, billing and file tracking.
Assessing eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status in Canada
Working with clients to prepare applications for submission for non-immigrant and immigrant status for foreign national employees.
Canadian bar lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience and knowledge of Canadian immigration law
Displays professionalism, quality service and a “positive” can do attitude and contribute to the Firm's overall initiatives.
We are working in a hybrid model of 2 days at the office and 3 days from home.
