Project Director, Pension Outsourcing

As a Pension Project Director, your responsibilities include:

  1. Source, develop, secure, and manage mid to large sized pension administration and outsourcing relationships.
  2. Serve as a strategic advisor to clients regarding their pension administration issues.
  3. Manage fully outsourced client engagements and ensure appropriate staffing.
  4. Collaborate with Willis Towers Watson leaders to develop new pension administration outsourcing opportunities.
  5. Contribute thought leadership to the overall development of the pension administration and outsourcing business.

The Role Involves:
  1. Selling outsourcing services to new clients and cross-selling to existing clients.
  2. Participating in contract preparation, review, and renewal strategies.
  3. Meeting revenue, profitability, and market penetration goals.
  4. Managing financial outcomes of projects and ensuring success.
  5. Establishing trusted advisor relationships with prospects and clients.
  6. Leading pension administration consulting projects.
  7. Developing plans for executing complex engagements.
  8. Evaluating and assuring client satisfaction and retention.

Continue to contribute to the development of best practices, market trends, and quality standards related to pension administration and outsourcing services. Mentor and manage administration consultants and staff to enhance talent pool.
