Nos attentes :

La fonction principale du ou de la spécialiste des ventes, Menuiserie est d’agir à titre d'expert(e) du magasin en matière de menuiserie (notamment pour les installations intérieures et extérieures comme les fenêtres, les portes, les moulures, les tuiles à plafond et les puits de lumière) en fournissant des renseignements détaillés sur les produits aux clients et aux autres associé(e)s de RONA.

Votre rôle :

  • Générer des transactions potentielles, mener des activités de vente et établir des relations avec les clients, notamment en promouvant et en recommandant les produits, les plans de protection ou les services d’installation offerts, en fonction des besoins de chaque personne
  • Informer les clients sur les prix, les options ou l’état des commandes en attente
  • S’assurer que les tablettes sont bien remplies et que les produits sont adéquatement disposés
  • Coordonner la réalisation des projets et des commandes, notamment en effectuant des tâches de gestion des commandes, telles que l’entrée de nouvelles commandes pour les clients, la communication avec les fournisseurs dans le cas de commandes spéciales, le suivi et l’exécution des commandes, et la résolution des problèmes
  • Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle en exécutant au quotidien les programmes connexes de RONA : veiller à la satisfaction des clients en effectuant un suivi des commandes passées et aider les clients à trouver, à choisir, à transporter et à charger de la marchandise
  • Assurer un environnement de travail sécuritaire et conforme aux politiques et aux procédures de l’entreprise relatives à la mise en marché, à l’entretien des lieux et à la sécurité, et demeurer à l’affût des vols potentiels ou des risques pour la sécurité
  • Se servir de l’équipement du magasin
  • Soutenir les autres départements, au besoin

Les compétences que nous recherchons :

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent
  • Au moins 1 année d’expérience dans un métier directement lié au département de la menuiserie
  • Au moins 1 année d’expérience en matière d’entrée et de soumission des commandes de vente des clients, ce qui comprend les commandes spéciales
  • Au moins 2 années d’expérience dans le suivi des commandes, des ventes ou des installations des clients qui sont en attente ou incomplètes
  • Au moins 1 année d’expérience dans la promotion de services et de plans liés aux produits, tels que l’installation, la livraison, le financement ou les plans de protection prolongée
  • Au moins 2 années d’expérience dans un environnement de vente où des objectifs ou des mesures de rendement en matière de vente étaient obligatoires
  • Capacité de soulever au quotidien une charge maximale de 40 livres sans aide
