We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Rep at Inkeros, you'll be responsible for prospecting, developing, and securing client relationships to drive sales and revenue growth. You'll engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present our suite of services to address those needs effectively.

What you could expect:

  • Actively prospect, identify, and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges to offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of client solutions.
  • Base hourly + competitive commission structure, and quarterly bonuses
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently converting leads into sales and expanding the client base.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Able to work, Monday - Friday, 12-9 pm & commute to our Mississauga/Etobicoke location
