Overview: We are in search of a dynamic and driven Commission Sales Account Manager to join the professional team at our anonymous client. In this role, you will spearhead the acquisition of new business opportunities within the technology and finance sectors, while also nurturing and managing existing client relationships. Collaboration with investment teams, IR teams, and contract brokers will be paramount to ensure seamless transaction facilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching and cultivating new leads within targeted industries
  • Presenting compelling pitches to prospects and securing meetings
  • Guiding new clients through the onboarding process and assisting with account setup
  • Providing top-notch service to existing client accounts
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external brokers to execute transactions efficiently
  • Engaging in active social media posting and blogging to generate engaging content

  • Ability to thrive in an autonomous work environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities
  • A relentless drive for success, with a competitive and self-motivated mindset
  • Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Willingness to adapt and learn our client's unique sales methodologies (including reverse selling & social selling)

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience within the technology and/or finance sectors
  • Possession of a valid passport and readiness for international travel
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license
