The company's solutions are designed to improve driver behaviour, enhance road safety, and ultimately reduce the likelihood of accidents and associated costs for businesses with fleets. Our client often tailors its programs to meet specific industry needs, considering factors such as geographic location, vehicle types, and regulatory requirements.
OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:
Headquarters office - Toronto, Ontario, Canada
This position offers Friday as a work-from-home day, Monday - Thursday in the office
3-5 years of Business Development/B2B Sales experience
3-5 years of experience in full-cycle consultative solution sales
Valid passport with zero travel restrictions
Valid driver's license however a car is not required
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Basic office applications
Experience with CRM system
THE PRODUCT / SERVICE / SOLUTION :
Risk management solutions (claims reductions, and liability protection) for organizations that operate fleet vehicles.
Digitizating the fleet driver safety ecosystem from driver assessment and onboard training (on how to drive safely) through to remedial training, including reporting on compliance requirements.
Utility companies and companies that have a national & international presence.
Organizations that build and support infrastructure (ie: utilities & telecommunications companies)
SALES CYCLE / PRODUCT VALUE / ACCOUNT SIZE:
To sell in a consultative manner - gather information that is specific to each prospect and devise a software-based solution providing a safe driving curriculum that is unique to every driver.
To offer video-based training that has been recorded in 125 countries and narrated in over 70 different languages.
OVERNIGHT TRAVEL:
1 st year: (ie: 1 trade show requiring about 3-5 nights away)
Trade show/customers requiring about 20 nights away (highest side).
SUPPORT & TRAINING:
Classroom/Online
