Sous la responsabilité du CFO, la coordonnatrice/ le coordonnateur aux Ressources humaines sera responsable de diverses tâches liées à la gestion des ressources humaines au sein de Gestion Zagora et Black Ridge Inc. La personne jouera un rôle clé dans le processus d'intégration et de gestion quotidienne des employés, en veillant à ce que les politiques et procédures RH soient suivies.

Exigences :

  • Diplôme universitaire ou collégial dans un domaine connexe (gestion des ressources humaines, administration ou similaire);
  • Bonne connaissance des normes du travail;
  • Bon esprit d’équipe, autonome et rigueur;
  • Connaissance de Payworks (un atout);
  • Expérience préalable dans un rôle similaire (2-3 ans d’expérience) serait un atout

majeur.

Responsabilités pricipales:

  • Assurer l'onboarding et l'offboarding efficace des nouveaux employés, en veillant à ce que les formalités administratives soient complétées correctement.
  • Suivre et mettre en œuvre les politiques RH existantes dans l'entreprise afin d'assurer une

gestion cohérente du personnel.

  • Gérer les contrats de travail des employés, en garantissant leur conformité aux

lois du travail en vigueur.

  • Tenir à jour les dossiers des employés, y compris les informations personnelles,

les évaluations de performance et toute autre documentation pertinente.

  • Collaborer avec le service comptabilité pour gérer efficacement les avantages

sociaux offerts aux employés, notamment les assurances collectives.

  • Faciliter la communication interne au sein de l'entreprise en diffusant

régulièrement des informations pertinentes aux employés.

  • Assurer un accueil chaleureux et complet pour tous nouveaux membres du

personnel en fournissant une orientation approfondie sur nos politiques internes et nos pratiques organisationnelles.

  • S’occuper de la gestion du bureau (Gestion des accès aux portes, gestion des

lignes téléphoniques, préparation des espaces de travail des nouveaux employés et

  • Coordonner évènement de l’entreprise (5 à 7, évènement annuel, etc.)
