Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) généraliste en RH qui assumera diverses responsabilités liées au cycle de vie des employé(e)s. 
Rassembler et analyser des données en fonction de critères spécialisés et d’indicateurs de rendement clés (p. Préparer un tableau de bord mensuel sur les RH qui sera examiné avec la direction des RH et distribué aux gestionnaires
Produire des rapports spéciaux à la demande des membres de l’équipe des RH et analyser et synthétiser les tendances selon les résultats des sondages et des mécanismes de rétroaction
Agir à titre de soutien administratif pour la saisie de données dans le système informatique des RH et participer au processus mensuel de validation de la paie
Participer à des projets avec l’équipe des Ressources humaines en fonction des objectifs annuels de l’équipe
Esprit d’analyse et grande minutie
Capacité de déceler les tendances et d’analyser les données et la rétroaction
Trois ans d’expérience en ressources humaines, préférablement dans le domaine de la gestion de patrimoine
Expérience avec Power BI, un atout
Techniques efficaces de gestion du temps
