Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations and Head of School, the candidate will lead the admissions process for prospective families, strategize and foster new relationships within the community and help play a role in the strategic projects of the school.This person serves as the school’s leading strategist on all matters related to enrollment. This position requires full responsibility for creating, leading and managing a comprehensive enrolment program that incorporates best practices in recruitment, admissions, institutional research, record-management, marketing, registration and financial aid. Demonstrating initiative and pride in performance, the Associate Director of Enrolment and Admissions Management contributes positively to a respectful and productive work environment and develops strong professional relationships with colleagues and external partners that support Trafalgar School for Girls.Key responsibilities - Admissions: Serve as the main contact for prospective new families, maintain inquiry and application data and detailed follow-up processes. Review, evaluate and manage new student applications through inquiry to enrollment, ensuring the completeness of applications and required documents. Apply for eligibility for students; liaise with the Ministry of Education (MEES); keep records of eligibility inquiries and results.Contact international parents to renew Visa permits for temporary stay, as well as apply for a permanent code for new international students.Manage and oversee multiple events including Open House, Information Sessions/guest visits, Entrance Exams, New Parent Orientation, and assists with student orientations and new student gatherings.Coordinate and schedule meetings, tours and interviews for the Admissions OfficeActively seek, and stay apprised of, relevant admissions information, organizations, methods and trends in admissions.Participate in local admissions and recruitment fairsPartners with the Admissions Team to establish admissions standards, admissions policies, and process for evaluating and making final admit/deny decisions for all applicants.
