Your new company Our client is a leading Canadian Retail giant looking to hire Technical OTM Consultants for a full-time position on hybrid basis for either their Mississauga or Toronto offices.Your new role Architect the OTM infrastructure and platform architecture, providing guidance on system architecture and sizing.Design and configure advanced OTM Workflow Agents.Install and upgrade OTM platform components, including Oracle Server, WebLogic, Oracle Database, and OBIEE.Design and develop OTM integrations, including data migration and loading.Develop operational and analytical reports in OTM.Perform performance tuning, scalability configuration, and troubleshooting of OTM.Design and develop product extensions, integrations, and reports.Support documentation of solutions, including requirements for product extensions.Support solution activities, including testing and verification.Collaborate with supply chain application teams to improve and sustain critical business systems and processes.Maintain collaborative working relationships with IT and business teams.Participate in reviews of designs, prototypes, and completed products to ensure they meet requirements.Work closely with Business SME teams for validation efforts.Create and update technical design documents and test scripts.What you'll need to succeed Detailed technical knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), including installation, upgrade, workflow agent configuration, data model, integration design and development, data migration, operational and analytical report design, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.Minimum of 1 full cycle implementation as a technical consultant using Oracle OTM.Configuration skills within the OTM Cloud.5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle implementation activities.Proficiency in Weblogic Server, Oracle Database, SQL/PL-SQL, Java/J2EE, Apache/Tomcat, BPEL, SOA, BI Publisher, OBIEE, and the Oracle technology stack.Competency in SQL query design and performance tuning.Ability to work directly with Oracle Support and R&D teams.Experience in architecting solutions using multiple software components, including Oracle OTM and other supply chain applications/software.Familiarity with Atlassian Confluence and JIRA.Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong facilitation and presentation skills.Superior organizational skills.Strong team player who works with a sense of urgency towards meeting timelines.Adaptable, flexible, takes ownership, and is transparent and proactive.OTM certification is helpful but not essential.Experience within an Agile organization is an asset.What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, please apply to this job posting or send your updated resume to esther.samson-andrews@hays.com.
