About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Learning Advisor Consultant - Intern/Co-Op to join our Education Services team at Oracle. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through training and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to gain in-depth knowledge of the NetSuite product and business processes.
  • Advise customers on their training plans, assessing their end-user learning needs and developing tailored solutions.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to end-users through virtual platforms, focusing on NetSuite's core functionalities.
  • Develop customized end-user training reference materials, leveraging Oracle's Education resources.
  • Manage multiple concurrent customer training projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
Requirements
  • Current university students in business or psychology-related fields (Accounting, Marketing, or related programs).
  • Strong presentation, training, and group facilitation skills, with experience in teaching, tutoring, or event planning.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills to present with confidence and impact.
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple demands and reprioritize as customer timelines shift.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with demonstrated leadership potential.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop product expertise, engaging adult learners.
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, with scheduled breaks.
