Your role is crucial in ensuring our product data is accurate and up-to-date, facilitating smooth operations across our Shopify Plus stores. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple tasks, and is passionate about maintaining the highest standards of product information and vendor communication.What You’ll Do Set-up and manage new company-owned and supplier SKUs within NetSuite systems across various suppliers (including pricing and SKU).Obtain and verify product pricing from vendors, and update pricing information in NetSuite as needed based on vendor price updates.Maintain up-to-date vendor information in our system, including emails, addresses, phone numbers, vendor discounts.Manage and implement Shopify redirects to ensure seamless user navigation and optimal site performance.Collaborate cross-functionally with production and marketing to communicate vendor specifications and updates on orders.Prepare comprehensive reports from NetSuite for various teams.Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of products.What You’ll Need Strong organizational and data management skills.Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.Proficiency in managing vendor relationships and tracking shipments.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.Nice To HaveNetSuite experience preferredShopify Plus experience preferredJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, In-OfficeSchedule: Monday to Friday
