About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Supervisor to join our team at PANJAAB TRANSPORT. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and resolving work problems in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and supervise a team of 3-4 employees in duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
  • Coordinate and assign work tasks to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
