What You'll Do

·        Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

·        Source New Jobs and clients to work with

·        Source potential candidates, including online job boards, social media, and networking

·        Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications

·        Coordinate and schedule on-site interviews with hiring managers

·        Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, and offer negotiation

·        Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings

·        Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

·        Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

·        All other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

·        Experience in sales or 1- 3 years of experience recruiting

·        Strong computer skills with proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite

·        Great attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills

·        Bilingual, English and French

·        Strong work ethic with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects

·        Positive outlook and enthusiasm for learning are highly valued

·        Familiarity with BULLHORN ATS and/or ability to learn new ATS software

·        Fashion apparel experience a plus

·        Opportunities for occasional remote work will be available after successful training of six months
