We are seeking a seasoned Recruiter to spearhead our global talent acquisition efforts. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with leadership and the recruiting team to drive our recruitment strategy forward.

This role is instrumental in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates across North America and globally. You will be responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial screenings to final placements, supporting hiring managers every step of the way.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience recruiting at high-growth tech companies, possessing a deep understanding of the competitive market and its nuances. Your ability to source exceptional talent, manage multiple pipelines simultaneously, and provide a seamless candidate experience will be paramount to our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Closely work with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Review and evaluate candidate resumes through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Identify and engage prospective candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews, guiding candidates through our technical challenges while ensuring a positive experience
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Participate in regular candidate review meetings with hiring managers and leadership to refine our hiring strategies
  • Create compelling job descriptions that attract top talent and post them on relevant platforms
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and provide progress reports to leadership

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in an agency or startup environment, preferably in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other ATS tools that streamline the recruitment process
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently
  • An unwavering commitment to discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment
  • Exceptional self-management and proactive communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is an asset
