Job Title: Director of Sales


Location: Ontario, Canada (Ontario market)


Job Description:


MRC Networks is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts in Ontario, specifically targeting the healthcare and retirement home market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales roles, driving revenue growth, and managing high-performing sales teams.


Responsibilities:


  • Direct sales activities in Ontario, including and lead generation programs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the Ontario market.
  • Collaborate with the various teams to align sales and marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities and retirement homes.
  • Search for distributors and signs distribution agreements with them
  • Prepare tenders and submit them on time
  • Business development activities
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Travel within Ontario as required to meet clients and prospects.
  • Managing pipeline and forecasting
  • Hitting sales & revenue targets for the Ontario market


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in healthcare or related industries (preferably healthcare tech).
  • Proven track record for sales & business development in the Ontario market
  • University degree in engineering, technical or (life)scientific field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proven experience in managing sales and driving revenue growth.
