Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Operations and Project Coordinator with up to 1 year of experience to support the coordination of our projects and operations. In this role, you will assist in managing project timelines, tracking inventory, and ensuring material availability while working closely with the sales, workshop, and showroom teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in operations and project management within the furniture industry.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in assigning tasks according to project deadlines and track progress.

-Support in reviewing and controlling time spent on development projects and help track associated costs.

-Ensure materials are available for projects and assist in managing the purchasing process.

-Coordinate between the sales team, the workshop, and the showroom to ensure smooth project execution.

-Maintain accurate data entry for projects, including records of expenses and materials used.

-Help track inventory and manage material inflow and outflow to ensure availability and accuracy.

-Assist the marketing and sales teams by coordinating related tasks and supporting customer inquiries.

-Communicate with suppliers and help arrange shipments and coordinate freight from international locations.

Qualifications:

  • Up to 1 year of experience in project coordination, operations, or a related field (internship experience considered).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and project tracking tools

  • Detail-oriented and proactive with a strong focus on learning and time management

.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is an asset

.

  • Enthusiasm to learn about shipping and logistics processes


**A second language (Portuguese or Spanish) is an extra advantage.
