We cut each order to precise measurements to suit any application, including shopping carts, wire displays, automotive parts, and many more applications across every manufacturing sector: Automotive, Construction, Display fixtures, Food service, Greenhouse, Manufacturing, and much more. 


We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales / Business Development Manager to help us grow our business. 



Responsibilities

• The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients

• Developing together with the Team a growth strategy focused both on financial gains and customer satisfaction

• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones

• Promoting the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ needs/objectives

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings 

• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales

• Developing quotes and proposals for clients 

• Providing information to management regarding customer feedback on pricing, quality, service and contributing to the strategy to grow the business



Qualifications

• Hunger to chase and close new business, passion for finding, securing and selling new customers as well as growing current ones, 

• 10+ years of proven working experience as a sales/business development manager, proven sales track record

• Result oriented, with a disposition towards continuous improvement, dynamic

• Ability to build rapport

• Communication and negotiation skills

• Time management and planning skills, organizational skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM

• Educational background BSc/BA

• Teamwork

• French an asset
