Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Dynamics 365 Business Central Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP sales, business development, and relationship management. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and driving revenue growth by promoting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical consultants and implementation specialists, to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Microsoft's latest ERP advancements.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in ERP software sales, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of business processes, financial management, and supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft partner ecosystem and cloud-based ERP solutions is a plus.
