  • Onboarding inbound sales inquiries (email, phone, chat) to ensure they are utilizing the platform to it’s full potential
  • Guiding new customers through onboarding, setup and implementation - you are the primary point of contact
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer success
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, onboarding progress, feedback, etc.
  • Proactively upselling customers to ensure they are activating the products during the onboarding phase
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide better service Act as a product expert so you can communicate features and benefits to customers


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in client onboarding, customer success, or a similar role within a startup space (bonus points if it’s in FinTech)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset and the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
  • An eagerness to learn, develop, and actively contribute in a collaborative team setting
