- Onboarding inbound sales inquiries (email, phone, chat) to ensure they are utilizing the platform to it’s full potential
- Guiding new customers through onboarding, setup and implementation - you are the primary point of contact
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer success
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, onboarding progress, feedback, etc.
- Proactively upselling customers to ensure they are activating the products during the onboarding phase
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide better service Act as a product expert so you can communicate features and benefits to customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in client onboarding, customer success, or a similar role within a startup space (bonus points if it’s in FinTech)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset and the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
- An eagerness to learn, develop, and actively contribute in a collaborative team setting
