Responsibilities:

HR Management:

  • Develop HR policies.
  • Manage employee relations
  • Implement safety programs
  • Coordinate training initiatives
  • Conduct performance evaluations



Office Support:

  • Maintain office procedures
  • Manage supplies
  • Coordinate company events
  • Foster team engagement


Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration or HR.
  • 5+ years HR and office management experience
  • CHRP designation preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws
  • Proven HR and office management skills
