Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in supporting our client’s rapid growth by managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a strong communicator, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, sourcing and attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process for various roles across the company.
  • Post job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and relevant educational institutions and professional associations.
  • Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidates efficiently.
  • Actively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions and candidate profiles that align with the company’s needs.
  • Screen, schedule, and conduct interviews, ensuring timely communication and feedback to candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up to date with recruitment trends and implement best practices to enhance the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Proven success in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
