Human Resources Officer

PAPYRUS PAPER PLUS TRADING INC. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees, as well as providing support to existing staff members.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit and hire top talent to fill various positions within the company
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top candidates
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop plans to meet those needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office and other HR software
