Human Resources Officer

PAPYRUS PAPER PLUS TRADING INC. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment and staffing, from identifying staffing requirements to onboarding new employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Staffing: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
- Onboarding and Training: Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, notify applicants of results of selection process, and prepare job offers.
- HR Administration: Provide information or services, such as employee assistance and counselling, and advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, team player, adaptability, ability to multitask
