En tant que Coordonnateur de territoire, vous fournirez un service de représentation commerciale cohérent, précieux et énergique à tous les clients de votre territoire. Vous planifierez, organiserez et coordonnerez les activités de vente afin de maximiser le volume d'affaires des produits de l'entreprise. Vous développerez et entretiendrez d'excellentes relations d'affaires avec l'équipe de direction de chaque magasin afin d'atteindre et de développer vos objectifs communs. Vous maximiserez la distribution et la rentabilité des produits dans votre territoire en utilisant les outils à votre disposition.

En quoi consiste ce rôle :
Gérer et développer tous les types de comptes dans le territoire en assurant le plus haut niveau de service à la clientèle;
Maximiser la distribution et la rentabilité des produits;
Maximiser la synergie entre les différents canaux de distribution pour assurer la croissance d'Agropur;
Maintenir une couverture adéquate des comptes sur la base d'un cycle d'appels, assurer le suivi des promotions et le respect des planogrammes et des accords commerciaux;
Négocier des ententes commerciales afin d'optimiser la distribution des produits du portefeuille et la rentabilité d'Agropur;
Présenter des analyses commerciales aux clients externes et proposer un ajustement de la configuration actuelle des rayons pour répondre à l'opportunité;
Prospecter et acquérir de nouveaux clients;
Participer à l'élaboration de propositions pour les clients existants et potentiels.
Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe :
Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en marketing ou dans un autre domaine pertinent.
Minimum de trois (3) ans d'expérience pertinente
Expérience pertinente dans l'industrie alimentaire ou des produits de consommation (un atout)
Permis de conduire valide et moyens de transport fiables ( secteur West Island)
Orientation client et expertise commerciale démontrée
Excellentes compétences en matière de qualification, de négociation et de clôture
Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe
Solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
Bilinguisme en français et en anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit (Québec) ou atout certain
Maîtrise des logiciels courants Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
