About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Manager, capable of developing a portfolio of new customers and maximizing the territory's sales potential. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to business development, with solid prospecting experience in the automotive industry or related services.

The Account Manager reports to the Director, Strategy and Business Development, and will be part of a collaborative and innovative team.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a prospecting strategy aimed at opening new accounts with automotive dealers.
  • Present and sell supplementary warranty products to automotive dealers in the territory.
  • Maintain close relationships with existing customers to maximize their potential and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Train customer staff to use the system and provide ongoing support.
  • Manage customer performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales and business development objectives.
  • Participate in events to continue to make Track Garantie's shine.

  • Degree in sales, administration, marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in an Account management position in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in the car dealership products industry (asset).
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, results-oriented.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) required.
  • Lives in the area.
