Duration: 6 months

Location: mainly remote, with occasional office visit - Etobicoke


Responsibilities:

  • Support M365 environment by providing end user support.
  • Assist with migration of Active Directory environments from on-premises to cloud or hybrid solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AD migration and synchronization.
  • Implement and maintain security policies and procedures for AD environments.
  • Support and maintain end-user computing environments, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Active Directory migration for on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of M365 and supporting end users.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Experience with SOTI, RF handheld technology, Intune, Android/iPhone Mobility Device support and enterprise-based ticketing system
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
