We're looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join the Synchroworks team and provide our clients with support and diagnostics for hardware and software, including peripheral equipment (such as printers, scanners, tablets and mobile devices).

**What you’ll do**
- In conjunction with other peers - uphold, maintain and adhere to all security practices including but not limited to: Servers, Networked LAN/WAN devices, PCs, Mobile Devices, Printers, Applications, Administration, Remote Access Methods, Infrastructures, Physical and Logical Access.
- Monitor and action all support tickets in the central help desk software database and prioritize and assign tickets to other team members as necessary and ensure resolution with the IS/IT group.
- Create and maintain up-to-date documentation relating to all processes, inventories, network environments, end user guides, operations manuals, processes and procedure guidebooks, manuals, forms, and flowcharts.
- Strive to improve the IT/IS processes and ensure that appropriate respect and attention is given to each member of his/her team, to other functional areas and associates of the company, our tenants, and outside vendors with whom they must coordinate to accomplish their tasks.
- Assist in the build/image/repair and deployment of all new and rebuilt PCs.
- Assist in the administration of the above systems including but not limited to: user onboarding/offboarding, password resets, accounts creation, hardware and software troubleshooting
- Assist in ensuring virus protection for compliance with corporate security policies
- Maintain, with assistance from team members, a network incident report and resolutions log for cyber incidents.
- Identify areas of improvement, research, plan and implement solutions as required for implementation and support task as well as other assigned projects

- Assist in on-site deployments and installs of workstations and networking equipment.
- Assist in on-site networking infrastructure setup as needed (cabling, terminations, server racks).
- This is a hybrid role but requires 5 days/week in office during probationary period. Client support is provided both remotely and on-site as required.

**What you’ll need**
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Computer related field at a recognized academic institution.
- Have a minimum of two to five (2-5) years professional work experience within the Information Technology Systems Helpdesk and Administration field.
- The ability to perform all duties in a fast-paced environment that supports multiple companies with approximately 450 associates with constantly shifting priorities.
- A professional courteous individual that exemplifies excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate within as well as outside the organization across all levels of the organization including executives.
- Effective technical, organizational and problem-solving skills as well as planning for not only prioritized tasks but also anticipating shifts in priorities.
- Experience in working with software and systems programming, development and support teams to assist in their IT initiatives.
- Valid driver’s license and car required.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
