Our consulting client is looking for a French/ English UX Analyst, with user testing experience, to join their team on a longterm contract basis. This will be a 10+ month contract, remote.


You must have security clearance, and you must be bilingual (enough to comprehend and test in French/ English).


What you will do:

- Design and conduct UX/UI usability testing to evaluate and improve user experiences.

- Analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

- Utilize Fable for user testing, ensuring insights are leveraged to optimize designs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and user-centered design solutions.

- Communicate findings and design improvements effectively to stakeholders.

- You will be working on a Government client project, and you will need to have security clearance.


Skills needed:

- 6+ years of experience in UX Design or UI Design or Product Design (or even as a UX Researcher).

- Security clearance, so perhaps Government experience is a bonus.

- Experience using usertesting.com

- Experience using Fable (this is for Accessibility testing).

- A portfolio to showcase your case studies.
