**D365 Business Analyst (ERP)**

**Location: MONTREAL (hybrid) Ready to work 2+ days per week on site depending on mission**

**Job description**:
We are looking for a talented D365 Business Analyst. The is a new implementation and the position is permanent. The work is hybrid and begins ASAP. Exciting technologies and intriguing challenges await you.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions;
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization on strategies;
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems;
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management;
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports;
Performing requirements analysis;
Working closely with clients and users, technicians, and managerial staff;
Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff and users;
Performing user acceptance testing;
Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance;
Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures;
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects;
Documenting problems resolution and maintaining a BA knowledge database.

**Requirements**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
At least 6-8 years of experience as a systems analyst with ERP systems

At least 3-4 years of Microsoft Dynamics AX or 365 experience

At least 1-2 Dynamics AX or 365 implementations

Supply chain exposure with specific manufacturing and planning is a must

Bilingual (English fluent, French functional)

Ready to work 2+ days per week on site depending on mission

Ready to travel 20-25% of the time in Canada, the USA, Australia and Belgium

Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Accounting, Computing, Project Management, etc.), other designation or equivalent business experience;
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
Highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong work ethic, and demonstrated teamwork

skills;
Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with external and internal clients;
**Skill set**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 6+ years of experience as a business analyst (more oriented in business than in system)
- 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, D365 OR any ERP in manufacturing and planning.
- Experience with modules or sub-modules in Master Planning, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, and/or Production Control
- 1+ Dynamics AX or D365 implementations
- Bilingual (English fluent, French functional)
- Ready to work 2+ days per week on site depending on mission
- Ready to travel 20-25% of the time in Canada, the USA, Australia and Belgium
- Experience in a manufacturing and planning are mandatory.

**Salary**: From $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Manufacturing and Planning Industry: 5 years (preferred)
