Job Description: ERA is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative and Sales Assistant to

support our growing team. As an Administrative and Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in

ensuring the smooth operation of our organization and contribute to the growth of our sales and

outreach efforts.

Responsibilities:


 Provide administrative support to the ERA team, including data entry, document preparation,

and general office duties.

 Assist with sales and marketing efforts by generating leads, maintaining customer records, and

coordinating sales meetings.

 Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

 Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain sales reports and performance metrics.

 Participate in community outreach events and initiatives to promote ERA's mission and services.

 Perform general office tasks, including filing, email correspondence, and phone support.

Qualifications:

 High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.

 1-2 years of administrative or sales support experience is an asset.

 Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

 Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Interest in environmental sustainability and electronic recycling is a plus.
