Pay Rate:

$34.07 – 39.64/hr INC

$28.56 – 33.23/HR T4

  • This will be a hybrid position in Ontario, Nova Scotia or Quebec.


Contract Administrator Reporting to the Manager of Distributor Services

Distributor Services has an opportunity for Bilingual Contract Administrators. As the successful candidate, you will be accountable for contracting, licensing and transfers of business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review contracting requirements and process new advisor requests within multiple systems

• Review licensing in line with advisor contracting and provincial requirements

• Complete research and movement of business between advisors

• Handle ongoing administrative maintenance for advisors contracted with Manulife

• Ensure processes being followed are in line with Manulife policies as well as compliance and regulatory requirements

• Strong Bilingual oral and written communication skills are required to communicate with internal and external partners

• Ability to work effectively under pressure handling high volumes and meet expected SLAs

• Organizational and priority management skills with strong attention to detail

• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills

• Collaborate and be supportive in a team environment with minimal supervision

• Familiarity with complex Distribution systems (or an aptitude to learn new software)

• Experience with Excel
