If so, read on. My client, a Calgary-based SAAS company is looking for a Manager, Inside Sales and Operations to join their team. This is a permanent role and will be a hybrid in Calgary.


As the Manager of Inside Sales, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing and motivating our inside sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team to generate qualified leads and opportunities for the inside sales team.
  • Work closely with the data analysis team to analyze sales performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize sales processes.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the inside sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in inside sales management, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM software, with the ability to leverage data to drive sales performance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
