My client, a Calgary-based SAAS company is looking for a Manager, Inside Sales and Operations to join their team. This is a permanent role and will be a hybrid in Calgary. As the Manager of Inside Sales, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by managing and motivating our inside sales team. Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.Collaborate with the demand generation team to generate qualified leads and opportunities for the inside sales team.Work closely with the data analysis team to analyze sales performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize sales processes.Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the inside sales team.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.8+ years of experience in inside sales management, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.Strong understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM software, with the ability to leverage data to drive sales performance.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Apply today to get the conversation started.
