Greater Quebec City Metropolitan Area, Canada Peak Sales Recruiting Full time

Our client is looking for a Sales Manager in Quebec with a minimum of 5 years of B2B Technology Equipment Sales/Services/Software experience with some sales management experience (preferred but not needed).


Responsibilities:

  • Revenue sales generation and overall daily sales operation of the Quebec branch
  • Recruitment, development, training, and supervision of all sales employees
  • Consistently motivate and drive sales team performance through weekly and monthly sales review meetings and provide strong sales leadership.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to ensure that sales and revenue quotas are reached.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial sales targets and provide sales reports.
  • Meet and exceed sales and GP budget.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of B2B Technology Equipment Sales/Services/Software related experience. Sales management experience preferred.
  • University degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, or another related field
  • Ability to supervise and manage effectively.
  • Proven track record of sales success, along with strong training & coaching skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving skills, and negotiation skills
  • Well-developed organizational, sales leadership, and strategic planning skills
