We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will work with our clients and broader team to creative direct and coordinate content with content creators for our prospective and existing clients. This is a hands-on role where marketing and production could intersect, involving strategy, planning, execution, and campaign reporting. The ideal candidate is well experienced in a myriad of online platforms, is constantly scrolling on TikTok, is up to date on the latest break through talent and can maintain ongoing communication with our vast network of content creators. The ideal candidate may even be a content creator themselves.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Creative direct integrated campaign concepts on behalf of brands.
- Help to execute campaigns and partnerships with content creators, and influencers for prospective and existing clients.
- Curate talent (Content Creators) to complimentary brands based on client portfolio.
- Assist in building up a core network of go-to influencers with proven, consistent metrics.
- Liaise with influencers and representatives to secure social campaigns on behalf of our brands.
- As the influencer’s main point of contact, maintain timelines for deliverables, coordinate product delivery from brands to influencer and direct compelling content.
- Collect all assets, packages, send to the production team or clients.
- Leverage data and insights to make strategic decisions, updates and improvements to existing and future partnerships and campaigns.
- Campaign monitoring and reporting.
- Assist in product launch events or product seeding.
- Track sale, engagement or metrics.
- Experience in a client facing role.
- Expert knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience with influencer marketing is required.
- Experience negotiating rates and executing contracts between influencers and brands.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable with public speaking, cold calling, and communicating with high profile creators.
- Degree in marketing, advertising, or related field, preferred.
- Understanding of social media landscape and digital marketing trends.
- Experience with analytics and reporting.
