Additionally, the candidate will manage customer returns, process credits and resolve inbound inventory discrepancies.

Responsibilities:

Book carrier and container inbound appointments in appointment system.
Print receiving documents and prepare for inbound transactions.
Release pick tickets and manage the flow of picking.
Manage external and internal customer inquiries and requests for proof of delivery documents.
Update and maintain document filing and computer databases.
Manage customer returns, credit processing, and inbound inventory discrepancies.
Properly ensure accuracy of the information in the computer system.
Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service.
Administrative tasks in correlation with the department and business requirements.

Qualifications:

Ability to prioritize and organize a constant workflow, and maintain accurate records.
Proficient with PC standard tools, including database management.
Knowledgeable in a Windows environment with an emphasis on Word and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual (English & French). Employee needs to be able to communicate with the head office, outside vendors, and suppliers etc.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Initiative, capable and confident to work independently.
Able to maintain composure in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
Data entry experience.
Operations background with experience with inventory verification and WMS inventory systems an asset.

Working/Other Conditions:

Indoor office environment, within a dry climate-controlled warehouse environment.
Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
Prolong periods of sitting, and computer and phone use.
Required to wear personal protective equipment - company supplied.
Ability to work extended hours, which may be required from time to time.
Willing to travel for onboarding/training purposes.
