As a Content Production Marketing Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the production and distribution of various types of content across multiple channels.

If you're ready to embark on this adventure, join the Browns Marketing team. You will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team by coordinating and executing content creation initiatives to drive brand awareness, engage the target audience, and achieve marketing objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the production of creative marketing materials, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate the execution of creative assets, including print materials, digital content, videos, and other marketing collateral.
- Manage the review and approval process for creative materials, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and ensuring brand consistency.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers, photographers, and videographers, to obtain quotes, manage contracts, and oversee the production process.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all creative assets, ensuring they meet brand standards and specifications.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all creative projects, including asset libraries, project briefs, and production logs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative production, and provide recommendations for process improvement and innovation.
- Assist with coordination of content photoshoots (preparing briefs, samples, shoot documents).
- Create weekly status report of ongoing projects with creative manager.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering open communication and teamwork.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
- 2-4 years’ work experience in content marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
- Fashion and/or retail experience is an asset.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and creative production processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content.
- Familiarity with print production, digital media, video production, and other creative mediums.
- Knowledge of branding and brand guidelines, with the ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to proactively identify and resolve production issues.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Gérer le processus de révision et d'approbation du matériel créatif, en intégrant les commentaires des parties concernées et en veillant à la cohérence de la marque.
- Assurer la coordination avec les fournisseurs externes, tels que les imprimeurs, les photographes et les vidéographes, afin d'obtenir des devis, de gérer les contrats et de superviser le processus de production.
- Effectuer des contrôles d'assurance qualité sur tous les actifs créatifs, en veillant à ce qu'ils respectent les normes et les spécifications de la marque.
