**The Opportunity**:
Postmedia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to fill the full-time position of Distribution Coordinator.

**What you’ll do**:
Supervise and organize newspaper distribution and service of the Provincial newspapers, Flyer and Parcel distribution network.
- Effectively coordinate and supervise the day to day distribution operations.
- Proactively resolve all related delivery and service problems.
- Maintain acceptable service levels through the independent distributor delivery network.
- Oversee and support a network of contract drivers.

**Who you are**:

- Two (2) years relevant work experience, with some supervisory and previous distribution experience preferred. Previous experience working with independent contract distributors is an asset.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude, communicating effectively with other employees and independent contractors while managing multiple tasks, and working effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of Google.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to recruit and hire independent contractors.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid New Brunswick drivers’ license.
