Position Overview:


The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a pivotal role in the financial health of the company by ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable transactions.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Invoice Processing: Generate and issue invoices to customers accurately and promptly.
  2. Collections: Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and actively follow up on overdue accounts through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  3. Payment Reconciliation: Reconcile payments received with invoices issued, ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactions.
  4. Credit Control: Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers, establish credit limits, and manage credit terms.

  6. Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial role.

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
