Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of a customer service call center, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of customer service associates.
- Customer Experience: Ensure world-class service by developing innovative customer service programs and responding effectively to escalated customer concerns.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other supervisors and managers to drive synergy and efficiency across departments.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze service statistics, implementing best practices to ensure the team meets or exceeds key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory role within a customer service call center or order management environment.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members, fostering a customer-centric culture.
- Bilingual French/English: This role highly values bilingual proficiency, providing an edge in supporting diverse customer needs.
