We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Operations team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our product and services
- Assist customers with account-related issues, including verification, onboarding, deposits, withdrawals, and trading activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers in Mandarin and English, both verbally and in writing
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and uphold our company's reputation for excellent customer service
- Improve operational procedures and provide recommendations to the management team
- Other administrative duties as required

**Requirements**:

- College diploma or above
- Bilingual in Mandarin & English will be a mandatory requirement
- At least half year previous customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to prioritize, organize and plan your workload
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced office environment
- Commitment to teamwork
- Excellent communication skills
- Relevant operation work experience in a financial institution or digital asset company will be preferred
- French will be an asset
