Disability Administrator

Our client, a top insurance client in Canada is looking to hire a French Disability Administrator for their team with a contract of 6 months which is renewable and convertable. This role is Full Time Remote i.e. the candidate can be located anywhere in Canada.
The Administration Intake Unit is responsible for processing the documents and images sent to the AWD system. The team also handles several administrative tasks that will be the subject of further training. The job is to ensure that the Disability Claims Administration Officers can meet individual and collective objectives in accordance with the Service Level Agreement. The incumbent supports the overall department by adding appropriate documents to files, allowing case managers to assess claims.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
• 1-2 years of previous experience working with software to attach images
• Bilingual (French and English) – fluent read/write/speak French (Must be Bilingual and will be working in EST)
• Strong computer skills and experience with Adobe (use to transform, format, documents) and Microsoft Office suite. Role requires the individual to work on several systems simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy (very important)
• Previous Experience in Imaging and/or Document Scanning: Candidates should have hands-on experience with imaging technologies and document scanning processes.
• Familiarity with various scanning equipment and software and proficiency in rapid typing
