We build tools to optimize the efficiency of conference organizers and maximize the impact of events for participants, primarily for universities and associations. We are looking for an Account Executive who will play a key role in accelerating our growth.


About the Position:

As an Account Executive at Fourwaves, you will be responsible for all incoming leads as well as prospecting to convert this pipeline into clients. To achieve this, you will need to conduct meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and negotiations to close these prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the external BDR team to follow up on and convert the leads they have generated. This involves calls and follow-up emails (50% of the time).
  • Handle incoming leads to qualify and convert them (25% of the time).
  • Develop our customer base by leveraging our existing clients and following up on referrals generated by the CSM team (25% of the time).


To achieve this, you will need to:

  • Present Fourwaves convincingly and tailored to the needs of prospects.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure diligent follow-up of opportunities until they are signed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, support, product) to ensure an optimal customer experience.
  • Record information in our CRM (HubSpot).


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Fully bilingual in French and English.
  • 3+ years of successful experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Autonomous, motivated, and resilient.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to listen, understand, and respond to client needs.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.

A propos du poste:

En tant qu'Account Executive chez Fourwaves, tu seras responsable de tous les leads entrants ainsi que de faire de la prospection pour ensuite convertir ce pipe en clients. Pour y parvenir, cela passera par des rencontres, des présentations, des suivis, et des négociations en vue de conclure ces prospects.

Les responsabilités clés:

  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe externe de BDR pour suivre et convertir les leads qu'elle a générés. Cela passera par des appels et des suivis par emails (50% du temps).
  • Prendre en charge les leads entrants pour les qualifier et les convertir (25% du temps).
  • Développer notre base de clients en s'appuyant sur nos clients existants et en suivant les références générées par l'équipe CSM (25% du temps).

Pour cela, tu devras:

  • Présenter Fourwaves de manière convaincante et adaptée aux besoins des prospects.
  • Négocier les contrats et assurer un suivi rigoureux des opportunités jusqu'à la signature.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes (marketing, support, produit) pour garantir une expérience client optimale.
  • Annoter les informations dans le CRM (Hubspot).


Le candidat idéal 

  • Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais.
  • 3 ans ou plus d'expérience réussie en tant qu'Account Executive ou dans un rôle similaire dans une entreprise SaaS.
  • Autonome, motivé et résilient.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale ainsi qu'en présentation.
  • Capacité à écouter, comprendre et répondre aux besoins des clients.
  • Sens aigu de la négociation et orientation vers les résultats.
