Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Sales Representative at Vivid, you will play a vital role in our mission. You will engage with customers directly to promote our products and services during retail and pop-up events, ensuring they have a memorable experience while helping drive our sales goals.


Summary of the Role:

The Customer Service Sales Representative is responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions that align with Vivid’s offerings. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure that our events effectively promote our products and create positive customer experiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers at retail and pop-up events to promote and sell products and services.
  • Build meaningful relationships with customers, sponsors, and community members to ensure they feel appreciated and valued.
  • Conduct face-to-face interactions to inform individuals about our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the team to create engaging materials such as brochures and product displays to enhance sales promotion.
  • Work with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our events.


Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
  • Ability to generate enthusiasm and drive sales through direct interaction.
  • Creativity in developing new ideas and sales strategies.
  • A genuine passion for helping customers and improving our community.
