About Mycelium Marketing:
Mycelium Marketing is a purpose-driven creative agency specializing in social media advertising, search ads, and conversion rate optimization for direct-to-consumer brands in the outdoor and wellness industries. We are dedicated to making a positive impact for our clients. Our primary focus is on collaborating with eCommerce brands operating on Shopify.
Job Title: Meta Advertising Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and optimization of Meta/Facebook advertising campaigns to drive new customer acquisition, conversions, and ROAS for clients.
- Monitor campaign performance and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad creative, targeting strategies, and campaign objectives.
- Assist with ad account management, including budget allocation, weekly and monthly performance reporting, attribution measurement using 3rd party attribution tools, and onboarding + setup of new client ad accounts (pixels+CAPI, audiences and integrations, campaign setup etc.)
- Meet with clients to discuss reporting results, strategic changes, budget, and upcoming sales, product launches etc.
- Stay updated on the latest Meta advertising features, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Meta/Facebook advertising required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong familiarity with advertising metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Shopify experience is preferred
- TikTok and/or Google+Youtube Advertising is a plus
- Experience in an agency setting or in-house for a brand is preferred
- Experience using project management tools like Asana
- Experience managing monthly ad account budgets above $100,000 is preferred but not required
